Module #1: Laying the Foundation – Know thyself and to thine own self be true
We will not only identify your strengths and weaknesses, but we will build up your weaknesses and nurture your strengths. This module focuses on doing the work on the inside so your potential clients experience the fullness of God in you.

Module #2: Coaching Techniques – Coaching is a skill, a gift, and an artful technique
You will receive an introduction to coaching, experience coaching modeled in real time, and immediately apply the coaching techniques you have learned. We will uncover the unique illumination and revelation that makes a Christian Coach most effective.

Module #3: What is Marketing Anyway?
In this power-packed module, we define marketing and explore Brand “New U”. You will learn how to structure your programs and services for the early rain and the latter rain, my savvy seven online marketing strategy, how to productize your practice, and so much more. GOD’s Coach U will empower you to market effectively and target the right clients.

Module #4: Support Systems
Every great coaching practice has support systems in place. This module will challenge you to identify yours. It could include Godly advisors, a spirit-filled dream team, family, friends, co-workers, etc...Let's find out.

Module #5: Taking Good Care of Your Business
Will you incorporate your practice? If so, when? How much should you pay in taxes and when? How about accepting credit cards? What about credit card alternatives? Where will your office be located? How much insurance do you need? What criteria will you use to set your fees? The answers to these and many more questions will be clarified in module five to ensure you are taking good care of your business.

Module #6: Client Intake
Module six prepares you to conduct a winning complimentary session, create start up packages and client files, and infuse your intake process with so much grace and ease they’ll come back again and again.

Module #7: Clarifying Vision & Taking Action (Habakkuk 2:2)
This is where you get clear and write down all the details so anyone at any time can pick up the vision and fully and confidently run your business or design your marketing materials. This exercise will even help you with outsourcing work for your business to a web or graphic designer. Your take away from module seven is a coaching practice vision so plain that others can run with it. If you went away for one month, you’ll have a succession plan in place.

Time Commitment: You will spend time each week journaling, reflecting and praying, coupled with written assignments.

We have three convenient plans for you. You can pay in full, 3 or 6 installments, or monthly. After you enroll in the program, you can choose your payment plan. Each participant will receive an electronic workbook, which is included in the price of the program.

What’s Different About This Program?

Sadly, the word Christian means too many different things to many different people. If you put Christians in a coach training setting, you will find belief barriers around the Holy Spirit, Salvation, and many other foundational doctrines. If you google Christian coach training programs, only 7 results turn up. If you google, Christian leadership coach training programs, there are no results only paid ads along the right hand side of the screen. So, we are rare...a pearl of great price in the Kingdom of God. We are pioneering and leading in our own right in the field of coach training.

The program is exclusively for born again, Spirit filled marketplace leaders, doctors, entrepreneurs, managers, executives, teachers or those who are called into one of the 5-fold leadership offices in Ephesians 4:12. We want to be clear about the term “born again, Spirit filled”, as many have professed Christ with their lips, but have not been transformed in their ideologies, philosophies, and lifestyle. As a matter of fact, their walk is fleshly, soulish, and carnal at best.

Our program is unrivaled in that we confer with the Holy Spirit in the coach mentoring partnership and rely heavily upon the gifts of the Spirit (such as, word of wisdom, prophecy, and word of knowledge), all anchored in love of course. We may customize training and mentoring, but not Christianity.

Additionally, the Founder has experienced good, Godly success, not worldly success. Karen will impart the strategies God has given her so you, with His grace, can experience good, Godly success.
