Why are there so many people sitting in the pews when the pastor is the only stationary five-fold leader in God’s government?

This is the same question God is asking. Selfishness, control, lack of impartation, activation, and support in developing others for the work of the ministry are just a few reasons. GCU has a solution.

GCU releases a new coaching model for churches, pastors, and church leaders that will train and activate the spiritual gift of coaching so the rest of the five-fold leaders can be activated, released and sent into the mission field.

The Call

If so, then we are calling you, Christian pastor, church and ministry leader! This is a call to the ministry of coaching, not a call to a coaching business. Coaching is a gift to the body. Who is the giver of all good gifts? Then we should do with the gifts as He wills and not what we want. This call is not about credentials, seeking accreditation (which is nothing more than adopting the creed of an organization), plaques, awards, etc. It’s about meeting the needs of God’s people and being blessed simultaneously.

I’m blessed immensely by supporting other five-fold leaders in their ministries. This is why I created this program. To see the pieces of the vision God gave them start to come together is amazing and fulfilling. I’m so blessed by this, and you can experience this too when you answer the call to coach using this model.

The Model

This new coaching model for churches will train pastors and church leaders in our coaching skills program, release a funding model and strategy for Kingdom-based visions, activate, release and send the trainees to snatch those off the pew who shouldn’t be sitting there.
