I was already enrolled in a coach training program. So, I partnered with Karen to help me create a vision for my business, learn about effective marketing tools, and maintain balance and harmony in my professional and spiritual life.

I learned to practice the art of being instead of going, going, going and doing, doing, doing. This tool helps me refocus in every area of my life and business.

I discovered what is really important to me about marketing and websites, as well as the fact that I'm not sure "telephone coaching" is right for me. I don't "have to" because everyone else is! I can be truly authentic and creative in my coaching practice.

I am no longer confused regarding my niche. I know I am not going to work with physicians right now. I defined what separates my wellness coach practice from the other bazillion wellness coaches out here.

We created a crystal clear coach practice vision that can be summed up in an easy to remember eight-word slogan. Best of all, this vision will guide me into making this transition with ease. Karen is exceptional at drawing out the finest jewels and details of a vision. I thought I didn't have enough raw data to come up with a logo, but through the insightful questions she asked I was able to create a stunning logo for my business.

I now see how I can get my first five clients and set part-time office hours so I can stay balanced with family and church activities.

This was one of the best sessions yet for me!
